Abstract: Support Team for the Elderly is one kind of community support services for elderly persons attached to District Elderly Community Centres. Through serving the elderly persons in need, the teams show concern and provide assistance for elderly persons so that they can live actively in the community under the support network.The dataset provides information of name of agency/centre, address, telephone number, fax number, email and website.
