Abstract: Counselling Centres for Psychotropic Substance Abusers (CCPSAs) in Hong Kong provide services to habitual/ occasional/ potential psychotropic substance abusers and to young people at risk. Services provided include case and group counselling for psychotropic substance abusers and their family members; preventive education programmes for students of secondary schools, post-secondary institutions, and vocational training organizations and the community; professional training for allied professionals; and on-site medical support service for needy people to early identify and motivate them to seek early treatment and rehabilitation services.

摘要: 濫用精神藥物者輔導中心為慣性／偶爾／有可能吸食危害精神毒品者和邊緣青少年提供服務，包括為吸食危害精神毒品者及其家人提供個案和小組輔導；為中學生、專上院校及職業訓練機構的學生／學員和社區人士定期舉辦預防教育活動；為相關專業人員提供專業培訓；以及為有需要人士提供實地醫療支援服務，以及早識別吸毒者並鼓勵他們盡早尋求治療和康復服務。
