Abstract: In accordance with section 18 of the Electoral Affairs Commission Ordinance (Cap 541), the Electoral Affairs Commission (“EAC”) submitted to the Chief Executive (“CE”) a report on its recommendations on the geographical constituency boundaries for the 2025 Legislative Council General Election on 13 June 2025. The CE in Council accepted the recommendations on 24 June 2025 and, pursuant to section 18 of the Legislative Council Ordinance (Cap 542), made the Declaration of Geographical Constituencies (Legislative Council) Order 2025, which became effective on 1 August 2025. For details about the delineation exercise, please refer to the abovementioned report, which is available at the EAC’s website (www.eac.hk).

摘要: 選舉管理委員會（“選管會”）根據《選舉管理委員會條例》（第541章）第18條於二零二五年六月十三日向行政長官提交二零二五年立法會換屆選舉地方選區分界建議報告書。行政長官會同行政會議於二零二五年六月二十四日接納選管會的建議，並根據《立法會條例》（第 542 章） 第 18條訂立《 2025 年地方選區（立法會）宣布令 》。有關宣布令於二零二五年八月一日生效。有關劃界工作的詳情可參閱上述報告書，該報告書可在選管會網站(www.eac.hk)下載。
