Abstract: The Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) has started funding non-profit organisations in the recovery of surplus food since July 2014. The recipient organisations collect surplus food from wet markets, retail shops, supermarkets, club houses, hotels and food suppliers etc. and redistribute them to the needy. Locations of centres of on-going ECF-funded Surplus Food Recovery Projects will be available for organisations' and public's reference.

摘要: 環境及自然保育基金自 2014 年 7 月起開始資助本港非牟利機構回收剩食。資助活動包括從街市商販、零售店舖、超級市場、會所、酒店及食物批發商等不同渠道，收集剩餘而仍可食用的食物，再分發給社會上有需要人士。獲環境及自然保育基金資助正在進行的剩食回收項目中心的位置可供機構和公眾參考。
