Abstract: The Buildings Department is establishing a database of buildings with Statutory Notice(s) issued after 1 May 2023 under Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme. The number of Statutory Notice(s) is based on the Monthly Digest Table 2.2 published on the Buildings Department’s website. The geospatial features may not be available for all building blocks in the database of the Buildings Department. Data of the building blocks without geotspatial features is not included in the geospatial dataset. Nonetheless, every effort has been made to provide correct and accurate geospatial features to all building blocks.

摘要: 屋宇署正就2023年5月1日後曾因應強制驗樓計劃發出法定通知的私人樓宇設立資料庫。 法定通知的數目是以於屋宇署網站公佈的資料月報表 2.2 為依據。 屋宇署資料庫的建築物或未有相關的地理位置特徵，故此空間數據集並不包括沒有地理位置特徵建築物的數據。然而，我們已竭力為所有建築物提供正確及準確的地理位置特徵。
