Vector Map Label API
Description
Vector Map Label API is a XYZ Vector Map Tile Service which enables application developers to retrieve vector map tiles with place name labels for overlaying onto the vector map.
Important Notice on Map API
In order to maintain the quality of the Map API service, your application shall not invoke the API with large amount of requests within a short period.
The use of the Map APIs (including base map details) provided on this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions as well as the IP Rights Notice of LandsD Map API. You are required to include Lands Department logo on the map face and Copyright Notice to attribute Lands Department’s data in your map applications.

No express or implied warranty is given to the accuracy or completeness of such map information or its appropriateness for use in any particular circumstances. The Government is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with such map information or with this web site.
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Satellite Image Map (“the Image Map”) is prepared by the Survey and Mapping Office of the Lands Department of the Government. It contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data [2022] from Copernicus Sentinel-2 data captured in 2022, which covered a large region of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for reference of the public. Users should make their own assessment of the Image Map and are advised to verify the information therein before use.
Application of the Image Map is restricted by European Space Agency. Users shall refer to “Legal notice on the use of Copernicus Sentinel Data and Service Information” at: https://sentinels.copernicus.eu/documents/247904/690755/Sentinel_Data_Legal_Notice, and specify the clause, ‘Contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data [2022]’, in your application.
Note:
API service will no longer supports user systems and client systems that are not compliant with the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol after 1 December 2023.
